Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop marketing materials, submissions for legal directories, pitches, proposals, brochures, presentations, personal and practice group profiles;

  • Develop and implement the firm’s public relations program, to include internal and external publications (press releases, newsletters, client alerts, etc.) that enhance public awareness of the firm;

  • Develop and implement the firm’s advertising program - design and place advertisements; negotiate contracts with media; work with design agencies on advertising campaigns;

  • Oversee planning and execution of client seminars, lawyer speaking engagements, special events, panel participation and other ad hoc marketing efforts;

  • Evaluate and implement firm participation in sponsorships and community programs;

  • Track the company brand development according to the company marketing policies/p>

  • Attend various practice group meetings to assist lawyers with the development of marketing initiatives and identifying opportunities for cross-marketing;

  • Schedule and coordinate regular meetings of the Business Development Committee and implement initiatives;

  • Prepare annual marketing budget and approve and monitor marketing-related expenses;

  • Implement the marketing plan and policy established at company level;

  • Observes proposed objectives according to the company strategy;

  • Conduct market surveys assessing the position of the company brand on the market, draft proposals regarding the launch of new products/services and keep track of their evolution on the market;

  • Contribute to the campaigns for the promotion of the new launched products/services and follow up with their results

  • University degree.

  • Minimum five years of progressively responsible experience in marketing and PR.

  • Level IV English is required (fluent working level and business English).

  • Must have knowledge of local regulations, practices, capabilities and procedures, as they relate to the areas of functional responsibility.

  • Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.

  • Must be able to formulate recommendations and take decisions, to communicate effectively with the Office partners and personnel.
