AppleSearch is an executive search company founded in Bucharest, in 2000 by Englishman Paul Wood, with the aim of providing international companies present in Romania with the best candidates and the best standard of service.

Has been working in recruitment in Romania since 1998. He read History and Law at Queens’ College, Cambridge and holds Diplomas in Law and Legal Practice from the College of Law, London. He worked in the House of Lords and as a political risks insurance broker in Lloyds’ of London before working in executive search.
In Romania he worked for Antal International before setting up AppleSearch in 2000. He writes articles for the press about a variety of subjects and in his spare time is writing a book about Bucharest.
Has a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology and a Master’s Degree in HR Management.
Ondina has eleven years' experience as an HR Consultant with AppleSearch and she is specialized in financial and legal recruitment. She manages projects and has worked on some tough assignments for leading financial services companies.
