Property Developer
Key Responsibilities:
  • Participating in preparing the cost report presenting cost to date versus budgeted amounts for construction projects.

  • Participating in preparing the status of completion of works report for construction projects.

  • Updating construction budgets in ERP.

  • Designing and implementing workflow changes and procedures within the company system and the construction team.

  • Recording Construction contracts in the ERP.

  • Ensuring the induction and training of new construction team personnel in the company workflow and procedures.

  • Provide support for contract management as required (follow up on payments, preparing contract draft and addendums, payment certificates etc).

  • Prepare documentation for ISO certification and supervise related process.

  • Act as interface between construction team and other group teams- accounting, controlling.

  • Presenting ad-hoc situations accordingly with ERP database; analyzing data for delivering standard/ad-hoc reports and to determine if there are data accuracy issues and work with related teams to make corrections.

  • Minimum 3 years’ demonstrated experience in the construction field

  • University studies graduate in either one of: Construction, Civil Engineering, or Economical Engineering

  • Post graduate studies in Management- is a plus

  • Knowledge of an ERP- is a plus

  • Advanced English

  • Good command of Excel
