Participating in preparing the cost report presenting cost to date versus budgeted amounts for construction projects.

Participating in preparing the status of completion of works report for construction projects.

Updating construction budgets in ERP.
-
Designing and implementing workflow changes and procedures within the company system and the construction team.
-
Recording Construction contracts in the ERP.
-
Ensuring the induction and training of new construction team personnel in the company workflow and procedures.
-
Provide support for contract management as required (follow up on payments, preparing contract draft and addendums, payment certificates etc).

Prepare documentation for ISO certification and supervise related process.

Act as interface between construction team and other group teams- accounting, controlling.

Presenting ad-hoc situations accordingly with ERP database; analyzing data for delivering standard/ad-hoc reports and to determine if there are data accuracy issues and work with related teams to make corrections.

Minimum 3 years’ demonstrated experience in the construction field

University studies graduate in either one of: Construction, Civil Engineering, or Economical Engineering

Post graduate studies in Management- is a plus
-
Knowledge of an ERP- is a plus

Good command of Excel
