Construction Operations Director

Develop, implement, and monitor day-to-day operational systems and processes that provide visibility into goals, progress, and obstacles for our key initiatives;

Plan, monitor, and analyze key metrics for the day-to-day performance of the operations to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks;

Lead and manage the planning team;

Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues;
-
Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution;

Streamlining and implementing new structures and roles that create speed, efficiency and support rapidly shifting business demands;
-
Analyze current operational processes and performance, recommending solutions for improvement when necessary;

Signal and implement improvements to processes based on the lessons learned from previous developments;
-
Collaborate with executive-level management in the development of performance goals and long-term operational plans;

Clear and concise communication ability, understanding the needs of others based on their reactions and/or actions;
-
Knowledge in how to design a process flow and writing procedures based on pain points analysis;
-
Ability to think logically in order to troubleshoot, analyze situations and take decisions;
-
Ability to multi-task and prioritize;

Ability to give direction, adapt to constant change, establish work relationships, anticipate roadblocks and work in a team environment;

Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines and work well under pressure;

Ability to work with sensitive or confidential information;

Bachelor’s degree

Proven ability to plan and manage operational processes for maximum efficiency and productivity;

MS Office and MS Project strong knowledge;

Excellent English skills both written and verbal;

Project management certificates will be considered an advantage;
-
Minimum 4 years experience in operations/service management and team management.
