Senior Tax Consultant

To manage client expectations at project specific level;

To manage smaller client relationships;

To network with a broader set of individuals at the client with an eye to expanding the relationship;

To manage several smaller assignments/engagements;

To provide advisory and consultancy services to clients;

To ensure the compliance and that the client meets all tax;

To assists senior managers with project planning & scoping, identifying resourcing needs;

To assist Managers and Partners in business development;

To propose writings for additional sales;

To assist in developing and implementing tax planning services;

To support the teams in delivering quality advice to the client and pursue new business opportunities;

To manage consulting assignments staffed by Associates, Analysts & client-teams;

To train junior staff

With 2 - 4 years experience in direct taxation advisory area;

Graduate in Economics or other relevant areas;

Experience in managing team projects;

Excellent oral and written communication skills in Romanian and English (French/German are an advantage);

Advanced computer skills (MS Office, with emphasis on Excel);

Capacity to solve complex issues in a pragmatic manner;

Autonomous and business-oriented;

Solid analytical skills, professional attitude, reliable and sociable.
