Key Responsibilities:
  • Day to day point of contact for all Centre managers.

  • Taking the lead on asset management subjects, support the implementation of Asset/Property management procedures on sites.

  • Ensure the day-to-day site management of the centre’s onsite installation facility equipment is functional and efficient.

  • Continuous ongoing training with staff.

  • Compliance to health and safety audits, reports, and standard operating practices (SOP).

  • Continuous review of the site’s performance including the potential to diminish costs of facility management.

  • Working with the resourcing team to ensure staff levels and training quality reflect and deliver the company objectives.

  • Support the project/operational setup and installation, including scientific assets and PPE equipment.

  • Takeover from the Site Manager when required ensuring the continued smooth running of the site.

  • Key link on site between the Centre Managers and the head office.

  • Manage interactions and dependencies to ensure the smooth running of the operation on a day-to-day basis in conjunction with the Centre Manager and in his absence.

  • Analyse operational Costs, maintenance or investment costs tenders and implementation.

  • Follow up and, if the case may be, assist and support the staff of the Company in the preparation of the annual budget of charges.

  • Participate in the yearly annual General Assembly meeting for the budget.

  • Follow up and, if the case may be, assist and support the staff of the Company in the preparation of the annual adjustment of charges documents.

  • Participate in the yearly Annual General Assembly meetings for adjustment of charges.

  • Provide consultancy and support to the Properties’ team in their daily activity whenever necessary.

  • Follow up invoices issued by the Company toward the Tenants.

  • Follow up and correct, if necessary, the team rental management reports for the Properties.

  • Assistance and consultancy to the staff of the Company or its suppliers for responding to all problems and concerns raised by the clients of the Company, by Tenants or other business partners of the Company, and for ensuring compliance with legal and statutory rules and regulations.

  • Inspection of common areas with the centre’s Manager.

  • Measurement and evaluation of all the media consumption (energy, water, sewerage fee etc.) and divide the costs according to the Co-Ownership Regulation.

  • Measurement and evaluation of all the other services consumption and charge according to the Co-Ownership Regulation.

  • The tender offer, comparative study of offers of the essential conditions concerning the day-to-day maintenance works, the control and the check-up of fire protection systems enclosed in the estimated budget.

  • Ensuring the updating of all the technical documentation of the Shopping Centre, its plans and drawings resulting from any construction or fit-out work.

  • Control and check-up of the fire protection system.

  • Ordering and supervision of day-to-day maintenance work of the Commercial Centre.

  • Proposal of three-year, five-year investment plans.

  • In the event of emergencies, carrying out the work needed to protect the Commercial Centre.

  • Ensuring Monthly or quarterly invoicing and collection of Rent/charges/marketing with the accountancy team.

  • Monthly reporting of Letting status, cash collection, turnover results.

  • Follow up of All tenants guarantees and insurance contracts.

  • Follow up on client s needs.

  • Establish and follow up together with the marketing team and Centre s manager of the annual Marketing plan.

  • Ensure marketing revenues targets are achieved.

  • Insure link of marketing activities with tenant s promotions.

Requirements:
  • Minimum experience of 5 years in similar position or mall Management position.

  • Strong leadership skills, able to lead small cross-functional teams.

  • Demonstrable Project management Experience.

  • Excellent customer-facing operations/customer service skills.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, build trusted relationships quickly.

  • Organized with a strong bias for action.

  • Problem solver.

  • Comfortable with using MS Office suite or able to learn quickly (Word, Outlook, Excel, PPT, Teams).

  • Comfortable with the practical elements of delivering an onsite installation (power, water, security etc).
