National Key Account Manager

You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key account clients, supervising and supporting the company to increase sales and profitability;

As a National KA manager, you should be organized and able to analyze performance metrics;

You should have excellent negotiation skills and the ability to foster relationships with customers.

Focusing in growing and developing KA clients;

Set and monitor sales targets for regional KA supervisors;
-
Network with key customers to identify and address specific needs and opportunities;
-
Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure long-term success;

Act as the liaison between customers and internal teams ensuring clients’ requirements are met;

Identify and attract prospective strategic customers;
-
Ensure brand consistency;
-
Negotiate contracts;
-
Collect and analyze sales data and trends (products and competitors);
-
Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings;;
-
Liaise with R&D and Marketing departments to set and implement strategies for tailor-made products;

Be responsible for delivering volume;
-
Delivering excellence in in-store presence;
-
Stay up-to-date with internal and external developments and suggest new ways to increase sales.

Proven work experience as a DIY-related NKAM (minimum 5 year experience);

Solid experience in sales and customer service (minimum 10 year experience);

Demonstrable experience in negotiating and meeting clients requirements;

In-depth understanding of sales performance metrics;

Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Excel;

Excellent analytical and organizational skills;

Strong communication skills;

Ability to lead and motivate team members;

Availability to travel as needed;

Bachelor degree;
-
Very good speaking and written command of the English language.
