Job brief:
  • You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key account clients, supervising and supporting the company to increase sales and profitability;

  • As a National KA manager, you should be organized and able to analyze performance metrics;

  • You should have excellent negotiation skills and the ability to foster relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Focusing in growing and developing KA clients;

  • Set and monitor sales targets for regional KA supervisors;

  • Network with key customers to identify and address specific needs and opportunities;

  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure long-term success;

  • Act as the liaison between customers and internal teams ensuring clients’ requirements are met;

  • Identify and attract prospective strategic customers;

  • Ensure brand consistency;

  • Negotiate contracts;

  • Collect and analyze sales data and trends (products and competitors);

  • Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings;;

  • Liaise with R&D and Marketing departments to set and implement strategies for tailor-made products;

  • Be responsible for delivering volume;

  • Delivering excellence in in-store presence;

  • Stay up-to-date with internal and external developments and suggest new ways to increase sales.

  • Proven work experience as a DIY-related NKAM (minimum 5 year experience);

  • Solid experience in sales and customer service (minimum 10 year experience);

  • Demonstrable experience in negotiating and meeting clients requirements;

  • In-depth understanding of sales performance metrics;

  • Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Excel;

  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills;

  • Strong communication skills;

  • Ability to lead and motivate team members;

  • Availability to travel as needed;

  • Bachelor degree;

  • Very good speaking and written command of the English language.
