4 to 6 years of exp in a transaction( banking, real estate, or capital markets);

a sound legal reasoning, thoroughness, very good legal drafting skills;

excellent writing and communication skills in English (any other foreign language is an advantage);

a team worker, efficient, good communicator, flexible and adaptable;
