Position Details:
2 Year Contract - Maternity Leave Coverage

Key responsibilities:
  • Maintains and develops relationships with distributor partners; solving any logistic issue that may appear in the logistics process

  • Supports implementation of distribution strategy in order to ensure optimal supply vs. demand for Company products

  • Provides relevant support to Field Force and Marketing Teams on planning and forecasting process during product launches and promotional cycles

  • Provides support on preparation of logistics related agreements and subsequent annexes, in accordance with valid distribution strategy

  • Enables the approval of credit notes requests with necessary supporting documentation

  • Prepares and submits orders for Company global invoice issuing and goods delivery

  • Monitors accounts receivables including liaison with the customers and external services provider

  • Monitors credit limits per customer

  • Analyzes stock availability in the Company logistics platform including coverage and remaining shelf-life

  • Prepares regular forecasts analysis based on available data; submits data into the Company global system when needed

  • Prepares and presents regular monthly reports, as per requirements as well as month end specific activities and reconciliations

  • Prepares and maintains up-to-date customers’ database

  • Prepares and maintains up-to-date discounts’ database

  • Provides support so that all approved prices are appropriately set-up in the Company global system

  • Deals with customer’s complaints until they are properly solved and closed

  • Active participation in monthly Supply & Operations meetings

  • Ensures appropriate stock replenishment for the emergency channel based on relevant data

  • LDD proposals analysis, MV tool regular update based on commercial supply chain validation

  • Observing the Company Code of Conduct & Core values, CDTI and all other policies and procedures in order to enhance Company Corporate Reputation

  • Assumes responsibility to report all accidents (including car accidents), occupational illnesses, incidents and other possible abnormal deviation to the Line Manager.

Requirements:
  • Knowledge of logistics and distribution processes

  • Good understanding of Romanian healthcare distribution systems and processes

  • Strong numerical and analytical skills

  • Very good planning abilities

  • Fluent English

  • Teamwork skills

  • Good communication skills
