HR Director

Main Job Purpose:
Review the HR policies in order to ensure efficient HR strategies in accordance with the general objectives of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible to drive the company HR strategy;

  • Worked closely with the Senior Team to understand business and people needs and priorities, and ensure the HR Strategy is aligned to them;

  • Setting goals and human resources in accordance with the general objectives of the business;

  • Leading the design and development of the organization model in order to enable and facilitate the delivery strategic global objectives;

  • Ensuring the development and implementation of appropriate professional programs and systems for employees , managers , top managers, top performers and hi-potential;

  • Planning, coordinating, monitoring and reviewing human resource policies and procedures for all the human resource management processes;

  • Managed the reward strategy and policy for Group by designing and implementing integrated reward solutions, such as bonus plans, performance development plans, sales incentive schemes, retention plans, recognition schemes, support for different functions under restructuring with reward solutions;

  • Develop MBO & Performance Appraisal systems as part of Performance Management process, linked with individual bonus system;

  • Design the Compensation & Benefits policy –salary grids, different motivation packages, salary bench marking, etc;

  • Projecting the annual budget for human resources, the types of activities and tracking project costs;

  • Assist and coach senior and middle management in HR related decisions;

  • Managing organizational development (OD) strategy and processes optimization;

  • Develop and integrate human resource programs and associated projects to achieve strategic business goals and operational objectives;

  • Build talent management framework and develop people capabilities;

  • Design and implement the internal communication strategy;

  • Lead employees' engagement initiatives and drive sustainable work/life balance programs for people in the organization;

  • Recruitment Strategy - establish the recruitment plan / needs at company level, organize and coordinate the recruitment and selection campaigns, participate in career fairs, etc.;

  • Directly involved in recruitment for top / key positions;

  • Career Planning – design career plans; in charge with internal promotions (identification of HI-PO’s, interviewing, recommendations, etc.), design & run a management trainees program, etc.;

  • Training & Development – identify training needs, contact external suppliers and / or organize internal training where applicable;

  • Coordinate annual Internship Program for all departments;

  • Design and lead the Employer Brand strategy;

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Masters preferred) and 10+ years HR experience (5+ at manager level);

  • Experience in restructuring HR policies preferable in manufacturing companies;

  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company;

  • Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities, facilitate projects and business processes and work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team;

  • Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills required;

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills;
