Group Legal Manager

Overseeing the legal matters affecting the company, labor ,competition, disputes, M&A, legal and government investigations, customer and distribution agreements and other matters;

Developing and leading corporate legal strategy to promote and protect the company's matters;

Providing Strategic Legal advice to internal and external stakeholders;

Assuring that all legal entities will operate according to the local legislation;

Overseeing delivery of legal services and resources to accomplish corporate goals, strategies and priorities;

Maintaining proper corporate interactions with the relevant local and governmental bodies;

Advising the CEO and other senior corporate officers on a variety of issues.

Experience working as legal generalist, handling most day to day matters including general contracting, labor, litigation supervision.

Proven ability to manage in-house legal function, including effectively managing outside counsel and working with non-lawyers in a collaborative environment preferable in manufacturing companies.

Excellent interpersonal communication at all levels (verbal and written).

Problem solving and analytical skills.

Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.

Ability to cope with high levels of responsibility and with confidential matters.

Able to work autonomously.
