Finance & Administration Manager

Organize Accounting documents for month-end to accountants (daily);
-
Cash-flow operations (weekly) – including scheduling of payments;

Monitor Receivables, ensure collections as per policy (weekly);

Trial Balance review (quarterly);
-
Prepare Client Quarterly ‘GAAP-style’ Reports [Balance Sheet and P&L];
-
Budgeting/Target setting: Identify cost reduction areas & implement change (annual);
-
Address & resolve Tax Issues together with contracted Accounting firms (ad hoc);
-
Review & amend internal control procedures – continuous improvement;
-
Manage inter-compa;
-
Manage banking relationship / compliance;
-
Manage relationship and legal compliance with BVB Equity broker [currently AFR];
-
Manage recurring Trade Registry operations;
-
Co-Manage Administrative Assistant(s) (schedule, payroll, recruitment & training);
-
Support OPM [“Operations Manager”] in daily activities as needed.

Develop full use of Office 365/One Drive opportunities: Archiving Protocol;
-
Electronic Archiving of all documents;
-
Reorganize & Implement inventory system for all clients’ assets by client/location;
-
Assist with bank loans, lines of credit – if needed [ad hoc];
-
Take over supervision & co-ordination of Cyprus Holding Companies’ annual Accounting & Audit process.

Leverage the company know-how & grow business through (a) “Horizontal” expansion;
-
Standardize market intelligence: “saleable” information;
-
Grow property portfolio: acquire of new properties;
-
Develop B2B tenant relationships for Otopeni properties => improve yield;
-
Explore AirBNB/Short-term rentals (‘regim hotelier’) & efficient internet-based property promotion;
-
Understand the process through all its legal steps & build network for acquiring properties from bankruptcy proceedings/ auctions (b) “Vertical” expansion;
-
HQ office services – to small/independent offshore operators;
-
Develop small scale residential project capability;
-
Research prefab housing/green housing & identify “affordable” solution to exploit with land portfolio.

Very good command of English (spoken & written) – Minimum level C1;
-
Proficient/daily user of Word & Excel – structuring & formatting fluency;
-
Solid base for Powerpoint – strong presentation skills;
-
Numerical fluency;
-
University Degree [subject not relevant];
-
Driver’s license and driving experience;
-
Proven track record: 3-5 years’ relevant experience;
-
Team player – assist other colleagues if the possibility is there;
