Document Controller

Real Estate Developer
Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate all activities related to the Document Control procedure, including technical documents, drawings, and commercial correspondence;

  • Makes sure that the documents and drawings are circulated between the Project Team, designers, subcontractors and suppliers, in accordance with the approved schedule;

  • Maintain updated records of all approved documents and drawings and their distribution;

  • Maintain the files and control logs as required by the project;

  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments;

  • Take accurate minutes of meetings;

  • Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms;

  • Coordinate office procedures, resolve administrative problems;

  • Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.;

  • Greet and assist visitors to the office;

  • Business trips / Temporary relocation may be required.
