Implements budget and plans as agreed with Group’s headquarters;

Responsible for all operations and the profitability of the company;

Manages business units by their directors and bears responsibility for their overall performance based on the Group’s standards;

Responsible for business development and acquiring new/ key clients;

Responsible for the overall relationship management of company and its customers;

Develops strategic business plans by studying local business and financial opportunities;

Accomplishes objectives of company by establishing plans, budgets, and results measurements;

Builds company image by collaborating with customers, government, community organizations, and employees

Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization and group standards;

Communicates with company Head Quarter and cooperates in developing business strategy as well as executing it in Romania

Ensures compliance of local company with company's Group policies and procedures.

Significant professional experience from B2B services – financial services, banking and insurance sector, BPO;
-
Excellent relations with mid and high level executives from banking/financial sector;
-
Strong business sense and understanding;
-
Open to communication and cooperation with Group Management and Group Business executives;
-
Willing to travel;
-
Fluency in English.
