Document Controller

Coordinate all activities related to the Document Control procedure, including technical documents, drawings, and commercial correspondence;

Makes sure that the documents and drawings are circulated between the Project Team, designers, subcontractors and suppliers, in accordance with the approved schedule;

Maintain updated records of all approved documents and drawings and their distribution;

Maintain the files and control logs as required by the project;

Organize and schedule meetings and appointments;

Take accurate minutes of meetings;

Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms;

Coordinate office procedures, resolve administrative problems;

Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.;

Greet and assist visitors to the office;
-
Business trips / Temporary relocation may be required.
