Junior Cost Manager

Prepare tender documents as required by Project Team;

Analyze tenders and prepare tender reports at all stages of procurement;

Prepare the bill of quantities and re-measure as necessary and adjust variations;

Assist in the settlement of construction disputes/loss and expense claims;

Prepare the payment certificates of various subcontractors;

Assist the Senior Cost Manager on various financial reports;
-
Prepare and agree final accounts;
-
Perform other duties as may reasonably be required by Senior Cost Manager;

Coordinate with and manage the day-to-day various activities with the Senior Cost Manager to meet deliverable timetables;

Business trips may be required.

University degree in civil engineering or similar discipline;
-
Fluency in English;
-
Desire to learn and master the practice of cost control for capital projects.
