Mall Marketing Manager

Supervise the implementation of the indoor and outdoor advertising systems within the Shopping Galleries; promote and sell these systems to media agencies and/or tenants; research and approach other media suppliers to improve the commercial aspect of the Shopping Galleries;

Responsible with the signage of the retail park (bridge, parking lot and galleries);

Responsible for implementing the People Counting System in the galleries;

Participating with permanent ideas for improving the projects with the aim of generating interest and awareness; Administrative and legal responsibilities (contracts, invoices etc.)

Participate in organizing the launching, tactical and seasonal campaigns of the shopping centers (concept, media planning, execution, supervision, events coordination);

Execute sales and marketing plans that address shopping center issues and opportunities, resulting in marketing programs that enhance tenant, community, and media relations, and increase shopping center sales;

Maintain effective media relations by fielding media calls and preparing responses, as directed by the Director of Marketing & Commercialization;

Establish strategic partnerships by marketing and selling the assets of the shopping park to consumers, advertisers, marketing companies, and the surrounding business community;

Liaise and coordinate the marketing suppliers (advertising, media, PR agencies); maintaining the relationship with the existent tenants of the Shopping Galleries and the local authorities;

Minimum 5 years experience in marketing and experience on a similar role

In depth knowledge of the Romanian real estate market (projects, developers, rent levels, etc.) as well as the applicable law;

Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes contributing to the creation of marketing strategies and materials;
