Senior Legal Advisor

Advising the company’s management and directors on matters pertaining to corporate law;

Assisting management in the process of preparation of Shareholders’ General Meetings and of meetings of the Board of Directors;

Participation in the aforesaid meetings and the redaction of meeting minutes;

Redaction of resolutions of Shareholders’ General Meetings and of the Board of Directors;

Updating of the articles of incorporation in accordance with the decisions of the Shareholders’ General Meetings;

Redaction of the decisions regarding the founding, extension and reauthorization of company branches and the preparation of files to be deposited at the Trade Registry;

Maintenance of company register as required by law;

Maintenance of the archive of the Shareholders’ General Meetings and of the Board of Directors.

At least five years’ experience in corporate law;

Advanced analytical and negotiation skills ;

Extensive knowledge of civil law, Legea 26/1990 and Legea 31/1990;

Excellent command of the English language (writing and speaking).
