Project Manager

Managing all aspects of the due diligence process including feasibility studies, geotechnical study, etc;

Managing all dates and processes within a project to ensure the project progresses as anticipated including but not limited to critical dates within development agreements, purchase agreements, leases, permitting and construction;

Leading and managing team members, architects and other consultants in guiding each project through its approvals process to obtain all permits/approvals required for a project;
-
Managing design consultants in engineering the project within the parameters of the approved site plan, budget, organization criteria;
-
Coordinating team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines and schedules;

Managing the bidding process along with the team members;
-
Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues;
-
Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing and summarizing relevant information;
-
Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution;

Participating and contributing together with the site managers to improve the construction activity;
-
Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards;
-
Managing all necessary activities in order to sign Hand Over Protocols of the project with all contractors involved in execution process and authorities;

Managing all required activities necessary to obtain the necessary permits.

Must be able to effectively oversee all aspects of design/ construction process and steer project(s) to successful conclusion within tight time frames;

Advanced analytical and problem solving skills, budget allocations;

Must have solid, working knowledge of all engineering functions associated with facility design and construction; including civil, structural, architectural,
- mechanical and electrical;

Able to function in a fast paced, results oriented environment with a high degree of flexibility;

University degree in civil engineering, architecture or project management;

Minimum 5 years of hands on project management experience with building projects (residential, retail or commercial) covering all phases of planning and construction;

Entrepreneurial spirit, enthusiastic, driven, energetic;

Fluency in English, spoken and written;

Negotiating skills, stress resistant;

Able to prioritize, very organized;
