HoReCa National Channel Sales Manager

Key responsibilities
  • Develop the commercial strategy and the execution standards for the HoReCa channel

  • Increase the organization’s footprint (customer base) in the HoReCa channel

  • Deliver total channel's Net Revenues and Volume (NLCs) - Sell In to Sub-Distributors

  • Develop a mid and long term planning with Strategic Wholesalers (Sub-Distributors)

  • Manage the Key Customers of the HoReCa channel (Contracted Outlets) through the Direct Sales Team (HoReCa and On Trade Supervisors)

  • Build and deploy the Route to Consumer plans (based on relevant KPIs)

  • Implement the Customer Marketing Plans at the point of sale

  • Manage the sales KPIs through the Sales Force Automation Software

  • Lead, coach and monitor performance of the sales team

  • University degree preferably at a postgraduate level

  • 5yrs plus of HoReCa channel commercial experience in leadership roles

  • Thorough knowledge of the wine sector

  • Proven record of building a strong customer network

  • Fluency in English

  • Proficiency in the use of MS Office
