Key Responsibilities:
  • ”End to End” co-ordination of Variable Compensation process (for the all sales and marketing teams across Client's organisation) between Finance, HR, Legal, Sales Operations and Business Apps supprt teams

  • Accurate and timely calculation of monthly/quarterly/annually variable compensation payments, according to signed Variable Compensation plans

  • Monthly calculation of Variable Compensation related accruals; preparation of reconciliation reports between accruals and actual payments

  • Reviewing of annual sales/marketing individual quotas/targets, to ensure alignament to company overall plans

  • Communication of monthly payments calendar; escalation of issues leading to possible payments’ delays to higher management levels

  • Updating and communicating the internal Variable Compensation procedures to all process stakeholders; ensuring ah hoc support to sales and marketing teams for any questions related to Variable Compensation process/payments

  • Identification of any possible opportunities of streamilining the Variable Compensation process (automations and process improvements)

  • Ensuring business support (analysis, design, user acceptance test) for IT systems used in the Variable Compensation process

  • Training, developing and generally supporting (alongside the HR Business Partner) the direct reports

  • Support Finance team for any ad hoc needed analysis related to variable compensation process

  • Finance Controlling for smaller entities (as per company needs): Payroll processing (salaries//bonuses/expense management); Month end closing activities, as per company closing calendar; Validation of services contracts, booking of ensuing invoices, related payment processing

Requirements:
  • Min. 5 years in a similar position with management responsibility

  • Very strong communications skills, allowing to build strong rapport with both sales/marketing teams but also Finance teams

  • Ability to mainatain the right balance between sales/marketing needs, on one side and operational and controlling (Finance needs), on the oter side

  • Ability to manage end to end processes, identifying and recommeding improvements where relevant

  • Very strong analytical skills

  • Ability to work under strict deadlines

  • Strong English command

  • Good excel skills and finance systems experience

  • Bachelor Degree - business/finance/economics
