Customer Manager

Organizing the back office activities for the Corporate Customer Care and Warranty Division in order to ensure their support;

Organizing the Training Process for the Academy Division (technical and non- technical training) in order to deliver the trainings to the dealers and the Call centers;

Preparing and coordinating the technical trainings for the Romania and Bulgaria technical employees of the commercial network ;

Organizing the back office activities for the Digital Division in order to ensure their support: deployment, publishing, web design, support & training for sites within 80 countries;
-
Managing several Sales & Marketing applications for the Network Division;

Organizing and developing the department and the allocated budget, defining the responsibilities for the team in order to assure the resources and the KPI’s;

Represent the departments in the relation with the other departments from Customer and After Sales Engineering Division;

Relevant experience in Customer Relation and / or Shared Services for Commercial and / or After Sales activities - 4 years minimum;

Managerial experience (middle management position) - 3 years minimum;

Technical or economic educational background;

Good level of mastering English and basic knowledge of French;

Strong English language skills (additional language skills would be an advantage);

Willing to learn French rapidly;

Project management experience- 3 years minimum is an advantage;
