Manage capital investment and expenses to ensure the company achieves investor targets relative to growth and profitability

Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth

Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives

Preparing timely and accurate financial performance reports

Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication

Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics

Participate in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances etc.)

Manage relationships with partners/vendors

Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business administration, or related field

Knowledge of the Romanian real estate market is strongly preferred but not required

Understanding of advanced business planning and regulatory issues

Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities

Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills
