Ensure financial health of the Group’s operations to support long-term value generation for stakeholders;

Play a major role in the reorganization and development of the operation by providing financial support for a wide range of projects and activities including new processes;

Supervise tax issues and lead all funding, financing and other treasury matters; manage relation with banks/financing institutions, tax authorities, audit, legal and other providers;

Provide timely and accurate financial reporting, including management accounts, from division reporting up to Group consolidated IFRS financial statements;

Oversee operations of the financial departments (accounting, financial controlling, credit controlling), set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met;

Advise on investment activities and work with CEO and Board to define strategies that the Group should take;

Manage Group Cash flow;

Analyze and monitor costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the budget and business plan;

Manage the preparation of the company’s budget and mid-term business plans. Liaise with various other departments, discuss company plans and agree on future paths to be taken;

Define procedures and internal policies concerning financial aspects;

Provide decision support, financial analysis and insight to business partners to ensure major decisions/projects are properly evaluated, fact based and measures of success well defined;

Participate to Board meetings, various meetings with investors;

Manage a team of approx. 20 persons.

Excellent business understanding;
-
Experience in strategic planning and execution;
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance; ACCA would be a plus;

7-10 years of progressive experience in finance roles, of which at least 5 in managerial positions.;

Solid knowledge of IFRS reporting;

Solid understanding of tax regulation;
-
People management skills including experience and success in coaching subordinates;

Self-starter with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders in both Finance and Operations to drive process improvement;

Ability to work with a team in the delivery of multiple projects, in a well-organized manner;

Willing to develop unique solutions to complex problems, built on a foundation of strong financial modeling skills;
-
Deliver insightful analysis, and articulate recommendations in a clear and concise manner to a range of audiences, including senior leadership and shareholders;
-
Willing to take initiative in a complex environment and make suggestions to process improvements that will result in cost reductions and improved efficiencies;
-
Willing to travel frequently.
